Dear readers.
If you are part of a fandom, and that fandom is growing rapidly in size, and just happens to be about a subject many are obliged to disagree becuase, let's say, it's from a children's show?
Yes?
Or has your fandom based itself around an medicore show/game/movie or even a bad show/game/movie But you love it becuase it has something many do not?
Yes?
Do you not grow ever -so- tired of having worked your fingers to breaking, your mind to pulp and your eyes to colourblindess on a piece of art for said fandom, only to recieve a full throttle insult upon it. On which the basis is the actual -fact- that you dedicate this beautifull piece (For example) to a show made for little girls.
Ofcourse.
No fandom is ever clean of sick minded individuals and yes some people are weirder then others, but isn't the diversity that makes the world alive?
And what kind of argument is "This is a show, it's not a religion!" It's the same as declaring that christianity was not the prime tool of political power, but peacefull organization without any record of molesting activity. Albeit it is true that the show isn't a religion, but is it such a crime to love it a bit more then average?
No ladies and gentlemen. We are dealing with the problem of fear, shortsightedness. Or otherwise known as Pessimism. They WILL find the negative aspects and they WILL use it in their arguments to deter you from the idea that you DARE watch something like that!
First off. Nearly two-third of all the arguments are as firm as a limp fish. Sure it'll hurt when you'll get hit by it. But it won't cut you in the heart, and are promptly awnsered by batting back with a dead trout.
Secondly. Don't listen to anything that throws insults at you starting with 'Anti'. There was a time this word had power. But ever since the kind of people that associate themselves with Republican politicians and various religious sects involving uniformly hating anything that moves, It's kind of hard to take this seriously. Infact you should feel sorry for the actual 'mature opposition' to go mostly hand in hand with these 'groups'.
Thirdly, It's not a problem to have your own properly voiced argument. Infact, it's one of the many building bricks of society to have skeptism. A problem is, however, when this argument excists out of three words. One of them being either destroy or kill, or excists mainly out of swearing. Not always is the accusation of being 'underaged' at right, but atleast try and use your brain.
Lastly, if one makes fun of you with the goal of hurting you with various swearing and promises of death you should ignore it. Or have a laugh about it. If one makes fun of you in a coherent and well-mannerd fashion, Have a laugh about it. And respond as maturely as they are. But if you just seem only content when their eardrums are ringing with insults, you should seriously reconsider your ability to socialize.
This was a moment of Reddy. If you are offended by this line of text, you'll probably will have your head up the sunless area of your body. You are hereby kindly asked to dig a hole and go die in it.

As one of those who previously scorned said children's show before being devoured by the sweetness of it, I can say that Everyone throwing hate at it really needs to sit down and take an hour or so to give it a taste.
